Overview: We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals for the roles of Retention Agents for CA DESK. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and a passion for customer service, with a focus on retaining clients and leading teams effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients in relevant markets.
• Engage customers proactively to understand their needs and address any concerns.
• Utilize effective communication techniques to retain clients and promote services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly retention targets.
  
  

• CA Desk (Team Leader & Retention)
• Shift Hours: 17:00 - 01:00 (Monday-Thursday ONLY)
  
  

• Proven experience in RETENTION ROLE
• Excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in French preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts as required.
