We are seeking for a Financial Reporting Team Manager to join Tnuva’s Finance Division – a key role with real impact at the heart of one of Israel’s leading food companies.
In this role, you’ll lead a team of CPAs, controllers, and assistant controllers, and take part in complex financial operations across the group’s subsidiaries and business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and guide a professional team (CPAs, controllers, assistant controllers)
- Consolidation and financial reporting across subsidiaries and group activities
- Prepare financial statements and tax reports
- Analyze financial data and compile monthly reports
- Provide financial oversight and support across various departments
- Work closely with external auditors
- Participate in cross-organizational finance projects
- Work in accordance with IFRS standards
Requirements:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – mandatory
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role – mandatory
- Proven experience preparing financial reports under IFRS – mandatory
- High-level proficiency in Excel – mandatory
- Strong analytical and multitasking skills
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience managing finance professionals – strong advantage
