Global High-Tech Company is Hiring: Production Team Leader

📍 Location: Northern Israel

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join a global high-tech company as a Production Engineering Team Leader.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of production engineers.
• Collaborate with local and international suppliers (Turn Key), providing engineering support during product development and design changes.
• Drive process improvements, failure analysis, root cause investigation, and implement advanced manufacturing processes.
• Own engineering documentation, manage ECOs, BOMs, and testing tools.
• Support the transition from development to manufacturing, including training, FAI, and process control at supplier sites.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in engineering and manufacturing of multidisciplinary products (mechanics, electronics, software)
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing an engineering team.
• Proven experience working with subcontractors and managing cross-functional engineering projects.
• High level of English – written and spoken
