We're Hiring – In-House Legal Counsel at Bynet Communications

At Bynet Communications, we're looking for a talented and experienced Legal Counsel to join our team. If you're passionate about working on impactful projects, influencing key business decisions, and being part of a dynamic environment — this opportunity is for you.

What will your day look like?

• Providing legal support for large-scale projects (including BOT models), involving complex technology systems.
• Working closely with public and government entities on tender-related matters.
• Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements in both Hebrew and English.
• Managing ongoing corporate legal tasks, including company secretarial duties.
• Advising internal business and technical teams on various legal matters.
• Supporting project execution while bridging legal, operational, and business needs.

What we're looking for:

• At least 5 years of experience working with large public companies, either at a leading law firm and/or in-house legal department.
• Significant experience in public procurement and tender law, including tender analysis and negotiation with committees – must.
• Proven experience drafting and negotiating contracts (Hebrew and English) in tech and infrastructure projects – must.
• High-level English – speaking, writing, and reading – must.
• Experience with corporate governance / company secretarial work – advantage.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to independently lead legal processes.
