AIOps Fullstack Developer (Generative AI Focus)

We're looking for a talented Fullstack Developer to join our AIOps team and lead the development of end-to-end operational AI systems powered by Generative AI, LLMs, and intelligent agents.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

• Develop fullstack applications using Python, React, and Node.js
• Implement and optimize LLM-based solutions, including fine-tuning and prompt engineering
• Build and refine RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
• Work with a variety of databases, including VectorDB
• Integrate AI platforms in air-gapped environments
• Leverage advanced CI/CD pipelines with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, and ArgoCD
• Collaborate on scalable, secure AI infrastructure across on-premise and cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in fullstack development and modern CI/CD workflows
• Hands-on work with LLMs, agents, and GenAI tools
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and scripting in Linux
• Experience with cloud services, especially in AI/ML contexts
• Strong Git collaboration skills
• BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

💡 Bonus Points For:

• Experience in air-gapped environments or defense/critical infrastructure
• Working with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar agent orchestration frameworks
• Background in national security or sensitive data domains
