HR Assistant – Entry-Level / Student Position

📍 Part-Time or Full-Time | On-Site | Tel Aviv, Israel

We’re looking for someone friendly, organized, and reliable to support our recruitment process at ITC. As we grow and receive more job applications, we need help managing the early stages of communication with candidates.

This is a great opportunity for students or people between jobs who are looking to gain experience in a fast-paced tech company. The job does not require previous HR or recruitment experience – we’ll provide everything you need to get started.

• Call candidates and explain the basics about ITC and the open roles
• Ask a short list of yes/no screening questions over the phone
• Schedule interviews with different departments (Operations, R&D, etc.)
• Send updates to candidates about their application status
• Track conversations and follow-ups in our internal system
• Use a company-provided phone for all candidate communications

• You’re friendly and communicative – not afraid to speak with new people
• You’re organized and good at managing tasks
• You know how to be polite, clear, and professional on the phone
• You can speak and write fluently in Hebrew, and communicate in English (nice to have)
• You’re looking for an entry-level, hourly or part-time role
• No prior experience required – just the right attitude
