Information Technology Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Part of the Helpdesk team, providing end-user support to all employees globally.
• Install, Configure & Troubleshoot all company’s endpoints.
• Responsibility for all company onboarding/offboarding IT processes includes IT procurement.
• Managing inventory and deployments.
• Execute Hardware lifecycle Policy
• Working with vendors (Orders, Support, procuring)
• Support 3rd party applications and platforms (Office 365, Jira, Confluence, DaaS)

Requirement

• Over 1-2 years of experience in an IT Support role.
• Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.
• Self-motivated and independent.
• Experience with Office 365 / G Suite – a must.
• Proficient English, both written and spoken – a must
• Experience supporting Mac – a must
• Experience working with JumpCloud DaaS – an advantage
• Experience with scripting - PowerShell or other – an advantage
