Chief Bookkeeper

Currently, we're seeking a dedicated Chief Bookkeeper to join our team.

Requirements:

1. At least five years of experience as a bookkeeper

2. Type 3 Bookkeeping

3. Knowledge of all financial sections in the balance sheet

4. Proficiency in English- speaking and writing

5. Knowledge and experience in the Priority system.

Job description:

1. Preparation and control of the company's balance sheet.

2. Assistance in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

3. Monitoring and controlling the company's cash flow, including collection from customers.

4. Ongoing control of all the bookkeeping activities in the company, including:

a. Invoices from customers.

b. Invoices and payments to suppliers.

c. Reports to authorities.

e. Bank reconciliations.

g. Employee reimbursements - petty cash and overseas travel.

h. Depreciation.
