Back End Developer

Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Back End Developer for a full-time on-site role located in Modiin-Maccabim-Reut. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building and maintaining our server-side systems, with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and integration.

• Design, develop, and maintain robust server-side logic to support scalable web applications
• Work closely with external servers, APIs, and databases
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with back-end services
• Write and maintain automated scripts for data handling, system tasks, and deployment workflows
• Optimize and debug back-end performance bottlenecks
• Support and extend our existing scripts and automation tools

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience on NodeJS and MySql
• Solid understanding of database systems (SQL) and server-side scripting languages (Node.js)
• Familiarity with Linux environments, CLI tools, and scripting best practices
• Basic knowledge of Front-End Development
• Experience in retail technology is a plus
