A leading Cyber Security company in the Sharon area is hiring an experienced IT Manager to lead its internal IT and end-user services for a global team.

🔹 Responsibilities include:

Overseeing endpoints, Azure AD, Okta, M365/O365, Meraki, CheckPoint, VMware
Leading the helpdesk team: ticketing, SLA, knowledge base
Driving infrastructure and SaaS projects, SSO/MFA, MDM (Intune)
Partnering with security, engineering, and operations teams
Managing vendors, licenses, and budgets

🔹 Requirements:

5+ years of IT experience, 3+ years in a managerial role
Proven expertise in M365, Azure AD, Intune/Jamf, macOS & Windows
Hands-on network and security know-how
Strong English and communication skills
Relevant degree – required. Certifications – a plus
