Tech Recruitment & Career Center Coordinator (Part-Time)

Position Responsibilities:

• Recruiting lecturers for high-tech training programs and teachers for matriculation and psychometric preparation courses: posting job ads, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and writing evaluations.
• Managing the career center for graduates of high-tech training programs: job placement support, interview preparation, resume writing, employer relations, and industry networking.
• Expanding partnerships with high-tech companies and major organizations to identify employment opportunities for graduates.
• Morning part-time position (50%).

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in tech recruitment.
• Proven sourcing skills (LinkedIn and other tools).
• Experience in career coaching or employment placement – a significant advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, initiative, and ability to work independently.
