Senior Site Reliability Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to lead initiatives that ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of our production systems. In this role, you will take ownership of critical infrastructure components, drive automation at scale, and collaborate with engineering teams to embed reliability into every stage of the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Own and optimize the reliability, availability, and performance of production environments
• Design, implement, and manage scalable CI/CD pipelines that support high-frequency, low-risk deployments
• Work closely with development teams to embed best practices for monitoring, alerting, and incident response
• Lead the design and rollout of infrastructure automation solutions, improving operational efficiency and system resilience
• Maintain and enhance Kubernetes environments (Amazon EKS), ensuring security, scalability, and observability
• Manage and evolve our cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring compliance with performance and cost objectives
• Participate in on-call rotations, incident response, and postmortems to continuously improve system health

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or related roles, with a strong infrastructure background
• Deep expertise in AWS services including RDS, Lambda, S3, VPC, CloudWatch, and IAM
• At least 3 years of experience with Kubernetes in production environments (EKS required)
• Solid understanding of Linux systems, networking fundamentals, DNS, firewalls, and CDN technologies
• Proven experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and Ansible
• Strong scripting and automation skills with Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Groovy
• Experience with SQL and managing relational databases, particularly on AWS RDS
