Senior Billing Operations Specialist

The Finance Team is the engine that keeps AppsFlyer going. We are seeking a seasoned Senior Billing Expert to lead and optimize our billing processes.

This role involves managing complex billing operations, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating cross-functionally to support the company's revenue recognition policies and billing schedules.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee the Salesforce (SFDC) queue for customer creation and billing detail modifications, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
• Ensure all data is accurately configured in CRM and ERP systems, maintaining high standards of data integrity.
• Review customer contracts and establish corresponding billing schedules within Salesforce.
• Execute daily and monthly billing cycles with precision, adhering to company policies and timelines.
• Analyze contract amendments, process credits, and manage rebills efficiently.
• Generate and interpret reports on bookings using SFDC and Business Intelligence (BI) tools to identify and rectify discrepancies.
• Collaborate with technical teams to enhance billing processes and overall performance.
• Address and resolve financial queries from both internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
• Lead initiatives aimed at process improvement and automation within the billing function.
  
  

What You Have

• 3+ years of experience in billing operations, preferably within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and ERP systems, with a strong preference for experience with NetSuite.
• Advanced Excel skills
• Exceptional analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of collaborating across departments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Experience working with diverse markets, including the Indian market, is highly desirable.
• Multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with global clients.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
