Synaps is building the future of problem-solving: a platform that mimics the brain’s creative process to connect people and ideas in revolutionary ways. Our AI-driven system forms a “collective brain” that reduces time and cost by 80%—and we’re now gearing up for our next big leap.

We’re looking for a Founding CTO to join us as a partner and lead all things tech: from product development and ML infrastructure to architecture and strategic planning. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who’s ready to build, lead, and be part of something transformative.

Note: We're currently preparing for our next funding round, and this role is key to that journey.

What you’ll do:

• Lead development of our core AI/LLM-powered platform
• Shape and scale the system architecture
• Build and manage a world-class technical team
• Collaborate on product strategy and vision
• Take part in investor conversations as a technical co-founder

What we’re looking for:

• Strong background in ML, LLMs, and AI systems
• Experience leading engineering teams and scaling technology
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Passion for creativity, innovation, and big problems
• Experience in early-stage startups and fundraising is a plus
