Engineering and Quality Specialist

Job Description:

• Accompany and support existing or new projects from initial stages to serial production.
• Assist in the pricing of products and processes.
• Provide solutions to malfunctions and problems on production lines; write work, assembly, and testing instructions.
• Responsible for the quality of projects, including production line audits and product inspections.
• Represent the company's quality department to customers (handling customer complaints and failure investigations).
• Manage deviations with internal departments and suppliers.
• Drive continuous improvement in all aspects of the projects.
• Perform various tasks as part of the company’s quality system (statistical analyses, audits, support for incoming inspections).

Job Requirements:

• Mechanical engineer or practical mechanical engineer.
• Experience in quality assurance.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or AS 9100 standards.
• High-level English – reading, writing, and speaking.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to analyze processes, identify weaknesses and defects, and develop structured processes.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and orderliness.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with various internal and external stakeholders.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
