DevOps Manager

A leading defense company located in Northern Israel is looking for an experienced and passionate DevOps Team Leader to join our group and lead one of our DevOps teams.

What will you do?

• Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers
• Define, implement, and continuously optimize DevOps processes and methodologies across development life cycles.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable, fast, and flexible CI/CD pipelines.
• Work closely with development and integration teams to support version releases across dev and customer environments.
• Promote a DevOps culture across projects using cutting-edge tools and technologies.

What are we looking for?

• 4+ years of hands-on experience as a DevOps engineer.
• 3+ years of proven experience leading a DevOps team.
• Strong background in CI/CD processes using tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Git version control and scripting in Bash and/or Python.
• Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows environments.
