Responsibilities

Managing project control activities
Compiling statuses
Building and measuring indicators
Managing budgets and orders
Assisting in building a resource plan
Making data accessible to management
Building and presenting reports
Assisting in meeting management routines
Working with clients, finance and collection teams, and technical project managers

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and management
1-3 years of experience in a PMO position
Previous experience in controlling and accompanying projects – including managing/monitoring budgets and building a resource plan
Significant daily work experience in Excel
Working with defense industries / Ministry of Defense – an advantage
High analytical skills
Systemic vision/thinking, can-do attitude, process-oriented thinking
High oral and interpersonal skills – including working with teams and making presentations to company management
