Responsibilities
- Managing project control activities
- Compiling statuses
- Building and measuring indicators
- Managing budgets and orders
- Assisting in building a resource plan
- Making data accessible to management
- Building and presenting reports
- Assisting in meeting management routines
- Working with clients, finance and collection teams, and technical project managers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and management
- 1-3 years of experience in a PMO position
- Previous experience in controlling and accompanying projects – including managing/monitoring budgets and building a resource plan
- Significant daily work experience in Excel
- Working with defense industries / Ministry of Defense – an advantage
- High analytical skills
- Systemic vision/thinking, can-do attitude, process-oriented thinking
- High oral and interpersonal skills – including working with teams and making presentations to company management
