Endymed is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Import, Export & Sales Administrator to join our Operations team. This pivotal role supports both logistics and commercial functions, ensuring the efficient handling of international shipments and providing critical support to the sales process. The ideal candidate will have experience in the medical device industry and be well-versed in regulatory compliance, global trade practices, and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Import & Export Operations:
Manage the full cycle of international shipments, including documentation preparation, customs clearance, and coordination with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
Ensure compliance with Israeli import/export laws and global trade regulations, including those specific to medical devices.
Maintain accurate records for all imports and exports, including shipment tracking, inventory movement, and customs documentation.
Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners, and regulatory bodies to facilitate timely and compliant product delivery.
Sales Administration:
Process customer orders, generate sales invoices, and coordinate delivery schedules in collaboration with the warehouse and logistics teams.
Provide ongoing support to the sales team with price quotations, product availability, and order status updates.
Maintain and update customer records in the ERP system and assist in preparing sales forecasts and performance reports.
Coordinate with the finance department to monitor payments and ensure alignment with delivery and billing timelines.

Requirements:
Proven experience in import/export coordination and sales administration, preferably in the medical device or related regulated industries.
Solid understanding of Israeli customs processes and international trade practices, including Incoterms.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
Proficient in ERP systems such as SAP, Priority, or NetSuite, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluent in Hebrew and English, both verbal and written.

Familiarity with regulatory standards and documentation required for importing medical devices into Israel.
Experience working in a multinational environment and across different time zones.
