What You’ll Do:

Implement new solutions and business processes within Salesforce as part of a strategic project team
Manage ongoing maintenance and administration of the platform in alignment with best practices
Provide end-user support and troubleshoot production issues to ensure smooth daily operations
Collaborate closely with team members and developers to deliver high-quality configurations and enhancements
Translate business requirements into functional Salesforce configurations
Ensure compliance with organizational and Salesforce standards in security, architecture, and data structure

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Implementer or Administrator - Must!
Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud – including Entitlements- Must
Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data model, flows, dashboards, and permission structures-Must
Experience working with Lightning components and configuration
Experience in analyzing business needs and translating them into system functionalities
Experience in user support and training
Familiarity with data migration tools and processes
Salesforce Administrator Certification- Advantage
