As we scale rapidly across the U.S. and beyond, we’re looking for a high-impact VP of Marketing with D2C experience, who thrives in fast-paced environments, embraces innovation, and is obsessed with driving revenue, brand awareness, and customer engagement.

What You’ll Be Doing:

🔥 Managing Meta Ads – Optimizing high-performance campaigns to scale customer acquisition.

🎯 Influencer Marketing – Building strong partnerships with top creators to amplify brand reach.

📱 Owning TikTok & Social Growth – Driving engagement, virality, and community-building.

⚡ Innovating Sales Channels – Finding new ways to market and sell our cutting-edge supplements.

📊 Leading Performance Marketing – Data-driven decision-making and continuous A/B testing.

🤝 Managing Service Providers – Ensuring seamless execution across all marketing initiatives.

What You Bring (Requirements):

✅ 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in DTC, eCommerce, or health & wellness industries.

✅ Proven track record of scaling paid media campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads with measurable success.

✅ Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

✅ Experience working with influencers and creators to drive brand awareness and conversions.

✅ Strong understanding of conversion optimization, CRO strategies, and A/B testing to maximize performance.

✅ Creative thinker who can develop out-of-the-box marketing strategies that stand out in a crowded industry.

✅ Exceptional leadership and project management skills—able to manage teams, agencies, and service providers effectively.

✅ Deep analytical skills—able to interpret data, optimize campaigns, and make data-backed decisions.
