What you’ll do?

• Own the inbox: manage incoming tickets in our support system (Zendesk/Freshdesk or similar).
• Be the human touch: give fast, professional help to customers.
• Spot & escalate issues: log bugs and coordinate with our tech and music teams.
• Keep knowledge fresh: update FAQs and suggest workflow improvements so the next ticket is even easier.
• Spread good vibes: we make heartfelt music—positivity is part of the job! 🎵

What you bring?

• 1+ year of online customer-support experience with a ticketing platform.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Tech-savvy attitude and the curiosity to master new tools quickly.
• Empathy, patience, and crystal-clear communication skills.
• Residence in/near Kfar Saba.
• Availability for ≈4 hours per day.
