We're looking for a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team. You'll help us design, build, and optimize modern applications and backend services that power our ad tech platforms. • Design and develop full stack applications (frontend + backend) that handle large-scale data and traffic.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and other developers to build and ship features.
• Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to code reviews.
• Improve system scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Work within cloud environments and CI/CD pipelines to ship code quickly and safely.

• 2–5 years of experience as a full stack developer.
• Proven experience with Go, Python, or Node.js (TypeScript).
• Strong proficiency in React, Vue, or Angular.
• Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Experience with cloud environments such as AWS or Digital Ocean.
• Familiarity with large-scale system design and distributed systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a growth mindset.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.

• Experience with Docker, Redis, Terraform, Kubernetes, or Microservices architectures.
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and performance tools.
• Interest in ad tech, real-time bidding, or data-intensive platforms.
