Conversion Manager

Investing.com, the leading global financial news & data platform, is on the lookout for a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager to drive subscriber growth and enhance user acquisition strategies across our web and mobile platforms.

What you’ll be doing:

• Design and execute 52+ landing page experiments annually
• Develop and implement cross-platform optimization strategies
• Create, run, and analyze A/B/N testing protocols
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams
• Translate complex data insights into actionable growth strategies

What you’ll bring:

• 3+ years of dedicated CRO experience
• Proven track record of 100+ landing page tests
• Deep understanding of web and mobile conversion principles
• Advanced analytical skills with statistical validation expertise

Technical skills:

• Proficiency in optimization tools (LP builders, Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize)
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Familiarity with mobile and web analytics platforms

Bonus points if you:

• Have a portfolio showcasing high-impact conversion experiments
• Statistical analysis capabilities beyond test significance
• Can clearly document and present testing methodologies and insights
