Legal Counsel

Investing.com, the leading global platform for financial news and data, is seeking a Legal Counsel to join our team.

As a Legal Counsel, you will be a trusted partner and advisor, responsible for providing comprehensive legal support across all commercial activities.

What you’ll be doing:

• Take full ownership of the legal aspects of the company’s commercial engagements.
• Draft, review, and manage agreements, amendments, and other legal documents.
• Collaborate directly with Investing.com’s business units to negotiate and finalize deals while actively participating in decision-making processes.
• Report to and work closely with the General Counsel at Investing.com.
• Provide strategic advice and support on a variety of commercial legal matters.
• Offer risk management guidance to mitigate potential challenges.
• Manage relationships and activities with external counsel.

What you’ll bring:

• Licensed Israeli attorney with over 2 years post-internship experience in commercial law, preferably at a major law firm.
• Proven experience in general commercial law.
• Native-level English proficiency (both written and spoken).
• Strong customer-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills to effectively prioritize and handle multiple matters with competing priorities.
• Analytical thinker with a keen eye for detail and a logical, systematic approach to problem-solving.
• A friendly, collaborative team player who thrives independently as well.
• LL.B. degree from a reputable university.
