PR Account Manager – Israeli Media Focus

Extra Mind, a boutique PR & marketing agency for startups, tech companies, and VCs, is looking for a talented and experienced PR professional to join our growing team.

This is a fully remote, client-facing role for someone who thrives on autonomy, takes full ownership, and knows how to drive real impact in the Israeli media. You’ll work directly with founders, become their trusted advisor, create narratives that stand out, and be trusted to lead the process from strategy through execution — no micromanagement, just smart, meaningful work.

What You’ll Do

• Lead client accounts from strategy to execution
• Create sharp, compelling narratives that resonate with journalists and audiences
• Write and edit press releases, pitches, op-eds, and thought leadership content
• Pitch stories and secure media coverage in Israel’s top business and tech publications
• Attend key client meetings and events
• Use AI tools to enhance content creation, research, and planning
• Respond quickly and professionally when news breaks or opportunities arise

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in PR, journalism, or strategic communications
• Deep understanding of the Israeli media landscape
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew
• Very high-level English — capable of writing and editing
• Passion for words — you understand tone, and can craft a message that lands
• Experience managing client relationships with professionalism and confidence
• Interest in startups, tech, and innovation
• High availability and flexibility — you're responsive, responsible, and always one step ahead
• Comfortable using AI tools to boost productivity and creativity
• Bonus points if you’re social-media savvy — especially when it comes to writing sharp, engaging content for LinkedIn
• Strong marketing instincts — you see the bigger picture, the strategy and business goals, not just media hits
