We are a fast-growing startup that has developed an innovative device providing real-time insights and personalized lifestyle and nutritional recommendations. Our mission is to empower individuals to improve their health through data-driven nutrition and lifestyle guidance.
We are looking for a Senior Partnerships Manager to lead marketing efforts for our growing B2B verticals—Retail, Clinics, and Gyms. In this role, you will develop and execute marketing programs that drive sales and engagement, from content marketing strategies for retail partners to initiatives that enable and incentivize clinicians and trainers to promote our product, as well as brand collaborations that amplify awareness.
This is a dynamic, hands-on role for a well-rounded marketer who can balance strategy with execution and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. This position offers the opportunity to shape our B2B marketing strategy and make a significant impact as we expand in the retail, healthcare, and fitness industries.
Responsibilities:
- Retail Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute content marketing plans for each retail partner to drive sales and product education.
- Ambassador Program: Work with the B2B Sales & Customer Success teams to create advocacy initiatives, including virtual and physical events, incentives, and partnerships to encourage partners to promote our device.
- Industry Event Participation: Manage our participation in industry events including attendance, speaking engagements, and sponsorships.
- Partner Onboarding & Training: Build an onboarding program to train partners on using and recommending our device as part of a holistic fitness approach.
- Content Creation & Execution: Develop marketing materials, presentations, and training assets to support B2B partners.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Market Understanding & Strategy: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor strategies, and market needs to refine our approach to B2B marketing.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in a B2B partnerships-focused role.
- Strong understanding of the North American market and experience working with retailers.
- All-round marketer who can strategize, create content, and execute marketing initiatives.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage and support B2B partners.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Knowledge and experience with nutrition/health - Advantage (a desire to know more about these topics is a must)
