Real Estate Analyst

A real estate finance company is seeking a Real Estate Analyst with at least two years of experience in analyzing real estate transactions and conducting financial feasibility assessments.

This is a diverse, end-to-end role that includes transaction analysis, preparation of zero reports, project monitoring, and working closely with developers, banks, and legal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze real estate financing transactions: profitability, costs, and revenues
• Conduct feasibility studies and prepare zero reports
• Monitor project progress and evaluate fund release milestones
• Collaborate with developers, banks, legal advisors, and internal teams
• Present financial insights and analyses to management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics or Finance | Real estate appraiser certification – an advantage
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (real estate appraisal firm, development company, or bank project finance department) – required
• Proven experience in feasibility analysis and preparation of zero reports – required
• High-level proficiency in Excel – required
• Advantage: Experience in analyzing building rights and real estate deal structures
• High level of English
• Strong analytical skills, accuracy, business-oriented mindset, and ability to lead processes
