Information Technology Project Manager

We are seeking an Project Manager to lead strategic IT projects within the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). This role involves managing complex and large-scale projects from initiation through implementation, working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• :Lead strategic IT projects from initiation to go-live
• .Manage both large-scale and smaller IT-related projects
• .Collaborate with internal teams (IT departments, tech units, business stakeholders) and external partners (vendors, consultants)
• .Oversee integration between multiple information systems and diverse technologies
• .Develop work plans, manage project timelines, monitor performance, and control budgets throughout the project lifecycle
• .Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
• .Manage cross-functional matrix interfaces and motivate teams to deliver successful project outcomes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Information Systems, or other relevant technical field – required.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT project management – required.
• Experience managing large-scale and/or strategic projects – a strong advantage.
• Hands-on experience with IT technologies and system implementations.
• Prior experience working with consulting firms in the IT domain – highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana).
