Responsibilities:
We are looking for a passionate Learning operations partner to join our Learning & Organizational Development team.
In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring that learning programs and courses run smoothly and efficiently. You will contribute to an outstanding learning experience across the company while supporting and operating our Learning Management System (LMS).
- Operate and manage learning programs and courses, including communications with vendors and different stakeholders.
- Support the administration of the LMS (Docebo), including uploading courses, managing registrations, and creating learning reports.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and internal partners to curate content and build learning plans.
- Monitor and track learning activities, compliance training, and course completions.
- Utilize learning platforms (e.g., Udemy, GO1) to enhance the learning experience and curate new content.
- Analyze learning data to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and suggest improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, trends, and emerging learning technologies to provide relevant solutions to business needs.
- 2+ years of experience in learning operations.
- Experience in working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Instructional design and learning plans development.
- Ability to design and use different tools and vehicles (AI) for progressive up-to-date learning.
- A can-do approach and a service-oriented mindset.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities & projects.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English.
- experience with Docebo - nice to have.
