Account & Operations Manager JB-4249

We’re looking for an Account and Operations Manager to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of high-value clients, identify and execute upsell opportunities, optimize campaign performance, and operate our advanced ad tech solutions.

Requirements:

• B.A./B.Sc. degree – a mandatory.
• 2–3 years in a client-facing role in digital advertising, preferably within CTV or programmatic environments.
• Hands-on experience with DSPs, SSPs, and ad serving platforms (e.g., The Trade Desk, Magnite, Freewheel, etc.).
• Familiarity with CTV-specific standards: VAST, VPAID, OMID, Prebid.js/Prebid Server, OpenRTB protocol.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel (advanced functions).
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics, conduct A/B testing, and generate actionable insights.
• Ability to interpret metrics like VCR, IVT, fill rate, and viewability to optimize campaigns.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with a passion for upselling and client success.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
