A Leading Pharmaceutical Company is Seeking a Deputy Head of R&D Laboratory

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Head of R&D Laboratory to join our dynamic team. The role includes both managerial and professional oversight of analytical development and stability teams. The position involves close collaboration with the Lab Manager and includes supervision of method development, validations, clinical trial release testing, regulatory documentation, and communication with health authorities in Israel and abroad.

Key responsibilities:

• Leadership and professional guidance of analytical development and stability teams
• Oversight of method development and validation processes
• Support for clinical trial product release
• Preparation of regulatory documentation and responses to regulatory authorities
• Handling OOS investigations and GMP reports
• Support for ongoing analytical activities and method development

Requirements:

✔ Proven managerial experience in an analytical laboratory within the pharmaceutical industry

✔ Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in analytical methods, validation, and chromatography (HPLC, GC)

✔ B.Sc. in Chemistry/Life Sciences – mandatory | M.Sc. – an advantage

✔ High-level English proficiency

✔ Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment – mandatory
