Product Designer

Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Designer in Ukraine to join our global team. The ideal candidate should have at least three years of experience as a product designer in a B2B / B2C company, with a strong focus on visual design. As a Product Designer, you will work on various projects in a lean and dynamic environment, maintaining a balance between thorough and quick working modes while contributing to the creation of innovative and user-centric solutions.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, engineers) to understand project requirements and conduct user research to identify user needs.
• Translate user needs and business goals into intuitive user experiences through user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Design visually appealing interfaces that effectively communicate our product vision and brand identity.
• Actively iterate on designs through A/B testing and user feedback to ensure optimal usability.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a product designer in a B2B / B2C company
• Strong portfolio showcasing a user-centric design approach and successful product design solutions.
• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Passion for staying updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices.
• Bonus: Experience with designing for mobile platforms.
