Multidisciplinary Project Manager

A leading international company in the security industry is seeking a Project Manager with a multidisciplinary background

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a broad cross-functional understanding and the ability to manage in a matrix environment, overseeing execution across both customer-facing and internal interfaces.

Responsibilities:

• Managing design projects, engineering development, transition from development to production, and serial production at the customer's site.
• Identifying all stakeholders and managing their involvement while securing their commitment to deliverables, meeting timelines, and obtaining the necessary human and infrastructure resources.
• Establishing and managing integrated work plans for all stakeholders involved in production, testing, and series manufacturing.
• Coordinating, tracking, and monitoring project requirements and engineering bodies.
• Conducting design reviews as needed, providing full product support, and supervising contractors and subcontractors.
• Monitoring and controlling procurement and inventory within the project, with in-depth knowledge of engineering and production bill of materials.
• Coordinating and guiding departments within the organization, liaising with the project management office, and managing project cost models.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Management / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering – mandatory
• At least 3 years of experience in project management – mandatory
• Leadership skills and ability to delegate authority
• High-level proficiency in English
• Self-discipline and personal responsibility
• Teamwork skills
• Good interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities
• High motivation and willingness to work hard, including overtime
