Research Development Team Lead

Our company develops a marketing and customer retention platform (B2B/B2C) and is seeking an R&D Team Leader to join our growing team. We’re based in Herzliya with around 30 employees. This is a full-time, on-site role.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a hands-on R&D Team Leader to take ownership of a brand-new product in the company. The role involves designing and leading the implementation of a complex system architecture, building an R&D team from the ground up (4 developers), and taking the product from concept to production. You’ll work closely with the Product Manager and executive team, playing a key role in shaping technical direction, development processes, and delivery timelines. This is a high-impact role that requires a combination of strong technical expertise, team-building skills, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset. We’re looking for a development leader who can also act as a solution architect.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on development experience
• 2+ years of experience managing and mentoring a development team
• Experience working with cloud environments
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, creativity, and leadership skills
