Junior Clinical Trail Manager

We are seeking a resilient, detail-oriented, meticulous Junior Clinical Trial Manager who is comfortable in clinical settings, including operating rooms, to join our team at Exero Medical Ltd.

Objectives of this Role

• Coordinate and support the daily operations of all clinical studies conducted by Exero Medical.
• Monitor the progress of clinical studies to ensure adherence to protocols, timelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct on-site monitoring visits to verify compliance with study protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
• Provide on-site support during surgical procedures.
• Review and analyze clinical trial data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support during surgical procedures.
• Perform source data verification and ensure high-quality data management.
• Manage clinical trial supplies and investigational product accountability.
• Provide training and ongoing support to study staff on protocols, procedures, and GCP guidelines.
• Maintain regular communication with clinical trial sites regarding patient enrolment, data collection, monitoring, and other trial-related activities.
• Contribute to the preparation, editing, and review of clinical documents.
• Offer hands-on support in all aspects of clinical trial execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field.
• Clinical Research Associate (CRA) certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with experience in medical device studies.
• Solid knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines, including GCP and the International Council for Harmonisation (ICH).
• Experience with clinical trial data management systems and electronic data capture (EDC) platforms.
• Proficient in source data verification and monitoring processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, and strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including global stakeholders.
