About Us

Hertz-Leshem is a first-tier tax consulting boutique firm located in Tel-Aviv, which advises a wide range of clients, focusing on corporations from startups to Fortune 500 companies in the fields of tech, energy, real estate, and more.

We are seeking a talented and motivated tax advisor to join our team.

The Role

The position combines practicing both domestic and international taxation, including working closely with companies on tax-related matters (from strategic tax planning to assistance in day-to-day compliance management), writing tax opinions and memo’s, accompanying M&A transactions and restructurings, conducting legal research, performing tax analysis, reviewing tax documents, handling tax dispute vis-a-vis the Israel Tax Authority, etc.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in law, graduating from a leading institution.

· 1+ years of experience in the tax department of a leading law or accounting firm.

· Certified Advocate.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.

· Strong experience with Microsoft Office.
