Machine Learning Engineer

Innovative Israeli startup in the Cyber and AI space has developed a groundbreaking AI platform for intelligent video security. The product integrates with existing surveillance cameras and enables natural language visual search, real-time alerts, and advanced video analytics all powered by a cutting-edge AI infrastructure that combines Computer Vision and Vision Language Models.

Based in Tel Aviv (near train and light rail stations), working hybrid with one day from home. The team consists of six employees, all in Israel.

The startup is early stage, has already raised $7.5M, and is actively engaged with customers, including the Israeli Security Agency.

The role-

• Develop and deploy AI-based solutions in Video and Computer Vision
• Focus on low latency and high accuracy
• Build and maintain large-scale production pipelines
• Integrate and optimize models using tools like TorchServe and TensorRT
• Perform real-time integration of Vision Language Models (VLMs)
• Improve and maintain MLOps infrastructure
• Apply system-level thinking and architecture
• Take full ownership of production-grade code
• Tech stack: Computer Vision, Video Analytics, VLMs, LLMs, Streaming Inference, PyTorch, TensorFlow, CUDA, TensorRT, MLOps, Drift, Scene, RAG, LoRA, Agents, Production, Fine-tuning, Python, Docker, Kubernetes, gRPC.

Job requirements:

• 3+ years of experience building ML / MLOps systems
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and OpenCV
• Solid understanding of Computer Vision tasks – classification, detection, tracking
• Experience with model optimization on GPU – TensorRT / CUDA
