We’re LikeMiind — an early-stage, psychology-driven mental health triage and facilitation platform helping people start therapy with clarity and confidence — and have the most effective therapeutic experience. We match clients to therapists based on their strengths and perspectives, ensuring that therapy is not just accessible — but effective, empowering, and ethical.

We’re post-product, with early traction and active interest from hospitals, tech startups, and nonprofits for pilot partnerships. We’re entering an exciting phase of real-world validation — and this is your chance to build something that truly matters, from the ground up.

👤 Who we’re looking for

A hands-on builder with a strategic mindset. You’ll lead the technical development of our platform and shape its future. This is a founding-level role with long-term potential.

🔧 What you'll do

- Own and evolve the core platform — backend, frontend, and ML integration

- Make key architectural decisions (privacy, scalability, modularity)

- Collaborate with a psychologist-founder and domain experts in mental health and tech

- Help prepare the platform for fundraising, pilots, and scale

✅ Must-haves

- 5+ years of full-stack development experience (Python, TypeScript, or similar)

- Experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP/AWS), DevOps, and database management

- Comfortable in early-stage, collaborative, high-autonomy environments

- Passion for mental health, behavioral science, or mission-driven tech

- Bonus: Experience with ML/NLP, HIPAA compliance, or healthtech platforms

🌍 Tech Stack (current and expected)

- Frontend: Vercel (moving to Next.js / React)

- Backend: MongoDB + Heroku

- AI/ML: PyTorch + Pandas

- Infrastructure/Security: GCP, Auth0, HIPAA compliance

- DevOps: GitHub
