About the Role
A leading global tech company is looking for a Digital Campaign Manager to join its high-performing Marketing team.
This is a hands-on role focused on planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel digital campaigns that drive qualified leads and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, combines creativity with analytical thinking, and brings proven experience from B2B high-tech companies.
You will report directly to the Global Director of Demand Generation and play a key role in shaping the company's digital marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated digital campaigns across paid and organic channels to support lead generation and sales goals.
- Collaborate with sales, content, and business unit teams to align campaign strategies with GTM objectives.
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform campaign planning and identify new growth opportunities.
- Define campaign flows, oversee automation and set up performance tracking and reporting.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and insights; propose data-driven adjustments.
- Test new platforms, messages, and formats to continually improve campaign effectiveness.
- Manage campaign timelines, resources, and coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
- Own the campaign budget and monitor ROI.
- Regularly report campaign results, key learnings, and optimization suggestions to stakeholders and leadership.
- Stay current with best practices and emerging tools in digital marketing.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B demand generation, digital campaign development and management, ideally within high-tech companies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the B2B marketing and sales funnel.
- Proven experience setting KPIs, measuring ROI, and optimizing campaigns for conversion.
- Strong skills in marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Independent, proactive, and results-driven, with strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with marketing analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with ABM, content syndication, and retargeting strategies.
- Ability to adapt strategies quickly based on market changes and performance data.
