Job Description:
As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our products by managing the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, engineers, marketers, and stakeholders, to deliver exceptional user experiences and achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:
1. Product Strategy and Vision:
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research, user research, and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and product opportunities.
- Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on user feedback, data insights, and business goals.
2. Product Planning and Roadmapping:
- Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the product's direction and timeline, considering UX improvements and customer needs.
- Collaborate with UX designers to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that align with the product vision and enhance the user experience.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
3. Product Development and Execution:
- Lead the product development process, collaborating with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve the product.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and make data-driven decisions to ensure optimal resource allocation.
4. Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with key stakeholders, including executives, marketing, sales, and customer support teams, to align product strategies with business objectives.
- Communicate product updates, progress, and roadmaps to stakeholders and ensure transparency throughout the organization.
- Solicit feedback from stakeholders and customers to improve the product and address any concerns or issues continuously.
5. Product Performance and Optimization:
- Monitor key product metrics and KPIs to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct data analysis, user research, and A/B testing to optimize product features and user experiences.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and UX best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in a B2C product company with a strong focus on UX design and customer-centricity, ideally on App based products for the american market
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
-At least 4-5 years experience in a similar position
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Passion for delivering exceptional user experiences and driving customer satisfaction.

- Having prior experience in the American market as a B2C product manager confers a significant advantage. Additionally, possessing experience in leading a product-related squad as a product manager further strengthens one's competitive edge.
