COMDA is a leading provider of authentication and data signature software systems.
With over 130 employees, we have two daughter companies: Comsign, the Israeli and international strong certificate authority, and Comsigntrust, specializing in the development of automated signature systems.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Tel Aviv District, Israel. As VP of software products dev. , you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of developers, overseeing research and development efforts, system managers, ensuring successful software development and project management.
Qualifications
- Team management and team leadership skills
- Experience in research and development (R&D) of software products
- Expertise in software development and project management based on our products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience leading teams of developers in an Agile environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Experience in the authentication or data signature industry is a plus
- Micro management of each team and each products manager - MUST
- Positive customer facing resposibility
