Founded in 2021, Roni's Neighbors connects senior and younger neighbors through meaningful intergenerational relationships that reduce loneliness and build resilient community networks.

With over 2,000 volunteers across 8 cities, we build a more connected society—one neighbor at a time.

Through programs like “Neighbors for Shabat Meal” and “Neighbors for Music”, we bring people together around food, culture, and shared interests—creating not just connections, but belonging.

And now, we’re looking for a bold, strategic thinker to join us at a pivotal stage of growth.

About the Role:

We’re seeking a mission-driven professional to lead our fundraising strategy and expand our network of partnerships in Israel and abroad. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who can build meaningful relationships, craft compelling narratives, and drive long-term sustainability.

What you’ll lead:

• A long-term resource development and fundraising strategy rooted in impact and sustainability
• Building and managing donor pipelines—especially in the U.S. Jewish philanthropic space
• Writing and submitting compelling proposals and reports in English and Hebrew
• Creating partnerships with companies, municipal partners, and social investors
• Leading donor visits, presentations, and campaigns that bring our work to life
• Collaborating closely with our CEO and leadership team to translate vision into action

Who we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in philanthropy, fundraising, donor relations, or nonprofit business development
• Fluency in Hebrew and English, both written and spoke
• Experience working with U.S.-based foundations (a big plus)
• Strategic mindset with hands-on drive—you see the big picture, but also make things happen
• Great with people. Even better with partnerships.
• Committed to driving impact in the social sectors, with a strong belief in innovation, equity, and community empowerment
