Performance Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on performance-based strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and optimize performance marketing campaigns across all digital platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Google Ads, and others
• Analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Take full ownership of performance marketing – optimizing processes and interfaces
• work with advertising agencies, creative studios, tech vendors, and internal teams
• Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while meeting goals and deadlines
• Building a marketing strategy based on performance goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in performance-based digital marketing – required
• Previous experience working at a digital marketing agency - required
• Proven ability to analyze data and draw insights that improve performance.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics – advantage
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage cross-functional projects.
• Experience in developing annual marketing strategies focused on ROI.
• Experience with international and luxury brands – advantage
• English at a high level – written and spoken
