Mertens - MalamTeam is looking for a Network & Cybersecurity Team Leader to join a leading organization in the central region!

🔹 Job Description:

• Lead and manage a team of networking and cybersecurity professionals

• Oversee and maintain a wide range of communication and security systems: troubleshooting, implementation, and project management

• Manage vendors and ensure smooth operational processes

🔹 Requirements:

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in networking and cybersecurity, including team leadership

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive teams and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders

• Solid knowledge of security systems such as EDR, DLP, VPN, content filtering, traffic protection, data sanitization, and more

• Experience with switching and routing (minimum CCNA level)

• Hands-on experience with CISCO and HP network equipment

• Good understanding of TCP/IP protocols

• Excellent project management skills and interpersonal communication

• Fluent English – must

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call evening shifts (once a week from home) and weekend shifts (once a month)
