If you're looking for a meaningful and challenging role and have experience in global sales within the defense or textile industry, we'd love to hear from you!
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead customer relationships and drive sales growth across global defense and security markets
- Develop new business opportunities by recruiting clients and agents
- Manage complex bids with institutional and governmental clients (military, police, security organizations across Europe)
- Collaborate closely with agents, distributors, and internal teams
- Represent the company at global exhibitions and build strong, long-term partnerships
- Analyze market trends and support marketing initiatives (presentations, digital tools, demos)
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in sales/business development within the defense/textile manufacturing sector - must
- Strong presentation skills and Fluent English - must
- Relevant academic degree or military background - advantage
- Additional European language (Spanish, German, etc.) - advantage
- Willingness to travel abroad (6-12 trips/year)
