The Role

We’re looking for a sharp, execution-driven Director of Product to join our leadership team. 

This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead product development across core areas of our platform. This is a strategic and hands-on role, where you’ll work closely with our co-founders and C-level leaders to define, own, and execute product strategy. You’ll work closely with our teams to shape and deliver our product across the entire stack—from backend data systems and AI models to front-end experiences and internal tools..

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO, CTO, and executive team to define and drive Nilus’s product.
• Lead and scale a cross-functional product across multiple domains: user experience, backend services, data pipelines, AI-driven tools, and internal platforms.
• Work directly with engineering, data science, customer success, sales, and marketing to ensure a cohesive and high-impact product roadmap.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate vision into detailed execution plans while staying close to the ground and deeply involved in the product development lifecycle.
• Drive product discovery efforts, leveraging customer insights, market research, and data to identify and validate opportunities.
• Continuously measure product success and iterate rapidly to drive value for our customers.
• Help build and scale product processes to support team growth and efficiency.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or team lead role.
• Proven experience in B2B software, ideally within fintech or a data-heavy product environment.
• Strong execution skills—comfortable moving from big-picture thinking to detailed delivery.
• Experience working closely with C-level stakeholders and driving company-wide impact.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills; comfortable operating cross-functionally with engineering, go-to-market, and customer-facing teams.
• Passion for solving complex problems using data, AI, and modern product methodologies.
