Elfi-Tech is a medtech startup specializing in non-invasive hemodynamic monitoring. Our technology supports clinical researchers and clinicians in gaining real-time insights into human physiology. We’re launching a dedicated clinical research product and are looking for a mid-level professional to lead its commercialization and growth.

Role Overview

We’re seeking a Product Lead Clinical Research who will take full ownership of our clinical research platform — refining the product, engaging with early users, and driving adoption in the research and healthcare community.

Responsibilities

• Own the clinical research product roadmap and value proposition
• Conduct outreach and demos with researchers, clinicians, and CROs
• Build and execute the go-to-market strategy (segmentation, pricing, messaging)
• Manage early adopter programs and pilot implementations
• Collect feedback to guide ongoing product development
• Work cross-functionally with R&D, regulatory, and leadership teams
• Develop sales materials, case studies, and user documentation

Requirements

• 3–6 years experience in medtech, clinical research, or healthtech product or commercial roles
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills
• Familiarity with clinical research environments and buying processes
• Proven ability to work independently and drive results in a startup or agile environment
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (science, engineering, or business)

Nice to Have

• Experience with non-invasive monitoring or physiological sensors
• Background in launching clinical research tools or selling to academic hospitals
• Experience working in startups or early-stage product teams
