Lead System Engineer

The Missile and Space Systems Division is seeking a Lead System Engineer.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead the systems engineering and integration team for a strategic, challenging, and groundbreaking project.
• Manage development processes across various engineering disciplines.
• Oversee design validation and ensure compliance with customer requirements, including integration and testing processes.
• Gain deep understanding of the needs and requirements of the customer and operational users.
• Collaborate with technological entities within the defense establishment, including clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
• Support serial production processes, with a focus on providing technical solutions.
• Lead the system’s implementation into operational deployment.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering – mandatory.
• At least 5 years of experience in systems engineering, development, and integration of complex technological systems – mandatory.
• Strong multidisciplinary system-level understanding and a passion for continuous learning.
• Independence, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Experience managing a team – an advantage.
• Experience leading processes within the defense sector – an advantage.
