Product Designer UX/UI

InfiniGrow, an AI driven B2B marketing analytics platform, is looking for a talented and experienced Product (UX/UI) Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you'll tackle complex design challenges to create intuitive, easy-to-use experiences.

Job description:

As a Product Designer at InfiniGrow, your primary function will be to work with the Product team to ideate, wireframe, and design new features, as well as improve the user experience and design (UX and UI) of our product. You will work with cross-functional teams (Product, R&D and CS) to create intuitive and visually appealing solutions that address the needs of our users while aligning with our company's vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full ownership over prototyping and Product Design:
• Wireframing and Mockups: To expedite research and ideation speed, you will develop wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs using Figma, ensuring consistency and a seamless flow throughout the product. 
• Rapid Iteration: Embrace an agile development process and be prepared to iterate quickly on designs in response to user feedback and evolving project requirements.
• Design Systems: Own and maintain InfiniGrow’s design system and guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability of design solutions.

Job requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Designer - a must.
• Experience working in early-stage B2B SaaS start-ups or fast-paced environments - a must. 
• Proficiency in Figma - a must.
• Experience working on Data/Analytics products - an advantage, especially if the product involves complex data for non/semi-technical users.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience developing and maintaining a design system.
