VP Marketing & Commercial – Income-Producing Real Estate

A publicly listed, Tier-1 Israeli real-estate group—active across prime office campuses, shopping malls, mixed-use retail, and logistics centers—seeks an authoritative VP Marketing & Commercial to own brand, demand, and revenue growth. Reporting to the CEO and sitting on the executive team, you will shape how a multibillion-shekel portfolio is positioned and monetized.

Key Responsibilities

• :Strategic brand & positioning – craft the corporate narrative and omnichannel campaigns (digital, offline, PR)
• .Revenue & leasing targets – set and meet annual sales/occupancy KPIs; source new merchants and tenants for office, retail, and logistics assets
• .Team leadership – manage senior marketing leads, sales managers, digital & performance teams, and mall GMs; enforce best-practice processes and KPI dashboards
• .Digital & data – own digital strategy (paid/owned/earned), analytics, marketing automation, and customer-journey optimisation
• .Advertising & media – direct creative, media planning, and large-scale brand activations; oversee sizeable budgets with clear ROI metrics
• .New asset identification – collaborate with the investments division to scout and evaluate potential sites and acquisitions
• .C-suite partnership – advise the CEO/CFO on growth, M&A integrations, and stakeholder communications

• s:10+ years in senior marketing/commercial leadership, including proven success in income-producing real-estate (office, retail, logistics, or mixed-use
